GlobalVigiPub is an online knowledge sharing platform about the rules and regulations of Pharmacovigilance through-out the world. (“we,” “us,” “our,” and “GlobalVigiPub“) uploads the knowledge posts on our website and share to the “Visitor”, “viewer”, “you”, “member”, “any party” “any entity” “user”, and “your”) on their consent.

This section applies to the Personal Information we collect and process from a Member including features offered through the Service.

We may or our third-party service provider may also review content that our Members send or display. This benefits all Members who comply with our Standard Terms of Use because it reduces abuse and helps us maintain a reliable platform.
  • To meet legal requirements and appropriate legal mechanisms, security requirements in reliance on our legitimate interests.
  • To provide suggestions to you and to provide tailored features within our Service that optimize and personalize your experience in reliance on our legitimate interests in administering the Service and providing certain features. This includes adding features that compare Members’ email campaigns, using data to suggest other publishers your Contacts may be interested in, or using data to recommend products or services that you may be interested in or that may be relevant to you or your Contacts
  • To perform data analytics projects in reliance on our legitimate business interests in improving and enhancing our products and services for our Members. Our data analytics projects use data from GlobalVigiPub accounts, including Personal Information of Contacts, to provide and improve the Service. We use information like your sending habits and your Contacts’ purchase history, so we can make more informed predictions, decisions, and products for our Members. As always, we take the privacy of Personal Information seriously, and will continue to implement appropriate safeguards to protect this Personal Information from misuse or unauthorized disclosure.
  • To personalize the Service, content, and advertisements we serve to you in reliance on our legitimate interests in supporting our marketing activities and providing certain features within the Service. The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your Program application while your sign up.

The Affiliate may only display advertisements of their products. The Affiliate has no right to use our website logo or information anywhere without prior written consent with us.

The Affiliate will be solely responsible for its own marketing activities. All marketing activities must be professional and in full compliance with all applicable laws.

If viewers of our website find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, viewers are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links.

We do not ensure that the Affiliate information on our website is correct. (i) Marketing: Members and Visitors who have opted in to our marketing emails can also, all opt-out requests can be made by emailing us.

 (ii) Data Analytics: Our data analytics use data from GlobalVigiPub accounts, including Personal Information of Members and Contacts, to provide and improve the Service.

(iii) Personalized Advertising: We may share limited Personal Information of our Members with third-party advertising networks, exchanges, and social media platforms (like Google) to display advertising on our Site or to manage and serve our advertising on other sites.

D. Our Security

GlobalVigiPub account require a username and password to log in. Members must keep their username and password secure, and never disclose it to a third party. Because the information in a Member’s GlobalVigiPub account is private, account passwords are hashed, which means we cannot see a Member’s password. We cannot resend forgotten passwords either. We will only provide Members with instructions on how to reset them.

We operate with Users world-wide. We adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of Personal Information.

E. Changes to this Policy

We may change this privacy policy at any time and from time to time. The most recent version of the privacy policy is reflected by the version date located at the top of this privacy policy. All updates and amendments are effective immediately upon posting a revised version of this privacy policy.
